National Pre-retirement Summit 2025: Pre-Exhibition Terms and Conditions

Exhibitor Eligibility:

Exhibitors must be registered businesses or companies with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), professional bodies, and relevant regulatory bodies. They must provide valid documentation to verify their legal status and ensure their activities comply with Nigerian laws and regulations, and relevant professional bodies.

Application and Approval:

Exhibitors must complete the official application form and submit required documentation, including proof of business registration and certificate of association with professional bodies. Approval will be subject to compliance with eligibility requirements and alignment with the summit’s objectives.

Exhibition Space and Setup:

  • Booth allocation is at the discretion of the organizers.
  • Exhibitors may only display products/services specified in their application.
  • Setup must be completed by the deadline specified in pre-event communications.
  • Dismantling of booths may only begin after the official close of the exhibition.

Exhibitor Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the booth space in a safe, clean, and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide qualified personnel to manage the booth throughout exhibition hours.
  • Ensure that exhibited products and services are lawful and meet regulatory standards.

Use of Branding and Marketing Materials:

  • Exhibitors may use the summit’s logo only with prior permission.
  • Marketing materials must not contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Liability and Insurance:

  • The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during the summit.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their equipment and materials and must adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Exhibitors are also liable for disputes that may arise from any misrepresentation of facts or false information about their products and services.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Exhibitors must not engage in illegal or unethical practices.
  • Unauthorized distribution of materials or promotional items is not allowed.
  • Activities that disrupt the summit or violate event policies are prohibited.

Compliance and Amendments:

  • Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  • Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the exhibition without prior notice.
