Raffle Draw evaluation criteria for winner of the 2025 National Pre-Retirement Summit startup capital draw:
Evaluation Criteria for Winners:
1. Age: 50-65 years old
2. Registration: Must be registered for the 2025 National Pre-Retirement Summit
3. Business Plan: Submit a concise business plan (max 2 pages) outlining:
– Business idea
– Target market
– Financial projections
– Growth potential
4. Innovation: Originality and creativity of business idea
5. Feasibility: Realistic goals and timelines
6. Impact: Potential to create jobs or contribute to economic growth
Terms and Conditions for the 2025 National Pre-Retirement Start-Up Capital Draw
1. Eligibility: Open to registered summit attendees aged 50-65.
2. Participation: Attendees must be present at the summit during the draw.
3. Business Plan Submission: Plans must be submitted by 15th of January 2025 to be eligible.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random draw.
5. Prize Award: Startup capital will be awarded to winners in the form of a grant.
6. Grant Amount: ₦500,000 1 ₦10,000,000.
7. Number of Winners: More than 2 winners.
8. Taxes: Winners are responsible for taxes on granted funds.
9. Use of Funds: Funds must be used for business startup purposes.
10. Reporting: Winners must provide progress reports (quarterly) for 1 year.
11. Intellectual Property: Winners retain ownership of business ideas and plans.
12. Cancellation: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the draw.
Additional Requirements for Winners:
1. Sign a grant agreement
2. Provide business registration documents
3. Attend mentorship sessions (One Month)
4. Participate in progress evaluations
Disqualification:
1. Failure to meet eligibility criteria
2. Late business plan submission
3. Non-attendance at the summit
4. Misrepresentation or falsification of information

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
